Service fees for second year :
- Acting as company secretary for a full year HK$2,800
- Registered office HK$3,600
Government fees for second year :
- Business registration certificate HK$2,250
- Annual return HK$105
Total fees for second year : HK$8,755
Note : there will be a separate auditing and tax computation fee payable to an independent certified public accountant. The fee is calculated on a time cost basis. A quotation can be given if you can provide a draft financial statement or bank statements after 18 months of incorporation.
